Major Responsibilities

1. Draft pitchbooks, conduct ad-hoc company or sector research efficiently

2. Create high-impact presentation materials using PPT, Excel, Word, etc.

3. Perform commercial analysis and financial modelling with minimal supervision

4. M&A deal process tracking, coordination and follow-up as needed

5. Monitor financial news and stay abreast of market developments, investment trends, regulations and all other areas that affect cross-border M&A markets

Requirements

Good proficiency in English (in writing at least)

4. Basic knowledge in accounting, finance and capital markets

5. Ability to juggle multiple projects with a focus on efficiency
