RESPONSIBILITIES

This is an exciting internship opportunity for students with interest in HR. By supporting AP HR learning programs and producing online digital materials, apart from being digital acumen and using well the state-of-art communication tools, you will also be one part of the endeavor to fuel the HR capability development @ Ford! We can provide you great opportunities to improve your skills and develop new ones:

•On-going support and maintain HR learning programs, including off-site coordination, learning system governance, learning database management, etc.

•Support to produce AP HR learning program materials;

•Support on AP HR communication, including video/poster editing;

REQUIREMENTS

•Creative, learning-agile, good at communication, proactive!

•Undergraduate or postgraduate students who are enrolled at a university.

•Proficient oral and written English skills.

•Minimum 3 days/week attendance.

• Foreign company related internship experience will be a plus.
