Job Summary:

1.Collect and consolidate information for office and investment sectors

2.Maintain and update internal database of market information (supply, vacancy rates, rents, details of transactions, contacts of properties, macro-economic indicators, etc.)

3.Generate fieldwork to collect market data

4.Update and monitor future supply

5.Draft research publications including market reports, standard slides etc within the deadline on regular base

6.Collect market news from media and produce News clipping on weekly basis

7.Keep good contact and relationship with property developers and landlords

8.Work closely with the co-worker of Agency team for accurate data collection

9.Track economic indicators, real estate indicators, laws and regulations related to real estate

10.Assist supervisor with other temp work as request

11.To undertake ad-hoc projects that you may be required at the Company’s reasonable discretion

12.Other work as directed

Skills and Knowledge:

1.Fluency in both written and oral in Mandarin and English

2.Analytical and quantitative and qualitative research skills

3.Detailed and excellent service standards

4.Good communication skills and team spirit

5.Flexibility to travel in Northern China

6.Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Outlook

7.Knowledge of real estate analysis software preferred

8.Good understanding of Beijing and the Office property market therein

Qualifications:

In process of obtaining a Bachelor Degree in Real Estate Related Discipline, Economics, Statistics or

Research
