Responsibilities

• Work as a junior team member under the supervision of experienced consultant, manager or partner for cross-border M&A transactions.

• Conduct fact-based market research and analysis via secondary and primary sources

• Support during the entire process of strategy consulting or corporate finance advisory engagements as well as client business development stage

• Participate in the due diligence and negotiation process

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor degree from a reputable Chinese or International School

• Good communication skills with excellent command of spoken English and Mandarin

• Prefer candidates who are analytical, responsible and smart

• Prefer candidates with immediate availability
